Steve Tenney reports that LabVIEW sometimes doesn't relinquish memory upon
quitting the application. The only cases where I've seen this occur involve
CINs that allocate their own data structures, then "forget" to kill them
when they are no longer needed. This situation _might_ occur in the case
of a nominally-correct CIN-based package if you don't use it properly, or
maybe if you click the Abort icon in the middle of execution. More likely,
it's just bad code. I know, cuz I've done it to myself.
