Heck, just turn the dots off and you really have to hunt...

prettyExecHilite=False (not recommended for anyone with human eyes)

But seriously, I would also like to see more speed control over the hilite
execution. And perhaps an option to bring the BD that is currently being
hilited to the frontmost window? I don't know how many times I wondered why
my program was running so slow and realized that I had a BD hidden behind
the main app FP that still had hilite execution on...
