I would like to see the ability to limit the scope of highlighting. When
you have parallel while loops, it can be difficult to debug because you
are slowing down execution in all loops, not just the one of interest.
Execution jumps from loop to loop and all are equally slow.

I am thinking about a "debug structure." It would look like a diagram
disable structure. Anything inside the structure would have highlighting
enabled. Anything outside of the structure would run at normal speed.
