The easiest route would be if NI provided a Linux ARM build of DAQmx. As far as I know NI doesn't, and even then, NI's support for Linux is... less comprehensive than Windows and almost certainly, always will be.</div>

Or, build your own expansion board using any number of ATD ICs that can communicate over I2C. I suspect, however, that Rolf's idea of using a Windows netbook might be the most cost effective and easiest route.</div>
