You're certainly not going to get the ease of DAQmx. The easiest route
would be if NI provided a Linux ARM build of DAQmx. As far as I know NI
doesn't, and even then, NI's support for Linux is... less comprehensive
than Windows and almost certainly, always will be.

If the OP is dead set on Raspberry Pi something like the Gertboard IO
expansion board might be useful. Or, build your own expansion board using
any number of ATD ICs that can communicate over I2C. I suspect, however,
that Rolf's idea of using a Windows netbook might be the most cost
effective and easiest route.
